*POROUS BULK MODULI
Define bulk moduli for soils and rocks.

This option is used to define the bulk moduli of solid grains and a permeating fluid such that their compressibility can be considered in the analysis of a porous medium. The *POROUS BULK MODULI option cannot be used with the porous metal plasticity material model.

Data lines to define bulk moduli: 

First line:

  1. Bulk modulus of solid grains. (Units of FL–2.) If this entry is blank or zero, this value is assumed to be infinite.

  2. Bulk modulus of permeating fluid. (Units of FL–2.) If this entry is blank or zero, this value is assumed to be infinite.

  3. Temperature.

Repeat this data line as often as necessary to define the dependence of the bulk moduli on temperature.
