Description: Enhancements to surface history and field output now allow output requests to be made for either a single surface or a pairwise surface. Whole surface output is made when a single surface is used in the output request. Contributions from all other surfaces interacting with this surface will be output in this case. Contact interactions between two specific surfaces can be analyzed through the use of pairwise surface output. Output is limited to any contributions from the contact between the two specified surfaces. Existing general contact output variables are supported by this enhancement.
