A.4 Graphics
The graphics requirements depend on the platforms on which you are running Abaqus. Abaqus/CAE and Abaqus/Viewer can be run on the following platforms:
Windows/x86-32
Windows/x86-64
Linux/x86-64
A color workstation with at least 256 colors is required for Abaqus/CAE and Abaqus/Viewer. A limited set of graphics devices has been tested and qualified; this list is available under the System Information section of the Support page at www.simulia.com. For information on tuning new graphics devices between Abaqus releases, see “Tuning graphics cards,” Section 5.3.The latest information on supported platforms and products can also be found under the System Information section of the Support page at www.simulia.com.
